STEP 1

INTRODUCTION

You share your  job posting with Cyberify. Pull your job posting directly from HR, the hiring manager, or any job boards you use.

Cyberify works alongside you choosing practical challenges within the challenges library that accurately assesses or simulates the Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Tasks required for your job requirement.

STEP 2

CHALLENGE CURATION

Cyberify provides recommended challenges to you along with time measurements. We work along side you to choose challenges for your talent screen from our catalog of hundreds of challenges.

  • We calculate required time for selected challenges to be completed based off User Analytics.

  • We prescribes recommended challenges and detail the NIST KSATs for each challenge for you to review.

STEP 3

SELECTION

You selects the challenges from the recommended list and time measurements provided.

  • You set the length of time assessment candidates have access to the prescribed challenges.

  • You can also optionally decide to increase assessment time to allow users to compile and submit any collateral documentation to be graded.

STEP 4

THE BUILD

We build out the assessment space on our Virtual Machine and provide platform invites & curated messaging sent to applicants.

  • Login page for applicants can be customized with desired challenges, documentation requirements, and other personalized information.

  • We schedule access to each assessment candidate within the VM control panel.

  • We send assessment instructional correspondence to assessment candidates prior to the scheduled assessment time.

STEP 5

GAME ON

Applicants begin your selected challenges. Assessment candidates attempt to complete assessment challenges within given time frame. 

 

  • They are provided with brief Mission Details and are able to download any necessary Challenge Pieces. 

  • Challenges commence with tech support. 

  • Our Cyber Mentors provide guidance through any platform navigation questions, but do not provide hints or answers.

STEP 6

GAME OVER

Challenges close. We collect metrics and analyzes the results. Manager dashboard displays candidate stats in real time for constant monitoring. Data visualization shown for KSTs, Challenge Completions and Tries, and Logins. Cyberify collect all user metrics from each assessment candidate and drafts formal report.

STEP 7

REPORT

An overview report is sent to you from Cyberify along with a debrief of applicant performances. We deliver formal assessment report to client (required deliverable) including any automated reports created within Virtual Machine. This report is intended to provide you with all of the details on the assessed applicants you need to inform an unbiased skills based hiring decision. You move forward with hiring process.
